10Human
AI first companies

AI first doesn't mean buying one more tool. It means AI inside your processes and an agent next to every person: the 90% of tasks that add no value disappears, and what's left gets done ten times over.

15 minutes. We tell you straight away if your team can do 10x.

Where the potential goes

Nobody ever hired a salesperson to fill in a CRM.

of daily tasks add no value

Chasing contacts, retyping data, updating statuses. Work AI does better, and never gets bored doing it.

5-9

months for new hires to reach full speed

And in the meantime you take time away from the people already there.

what a person who became a 10Human puts out

When the day goes to the work you picked them for.

A salesperson shouldn't be sending 800 identical emails. They should be the best in the room when they meet the client.

What it actually means

Three ways to have AI in a company. Only one moves a number.

"We use AI" is something everyone says now. Almost always it means one of the first two.

  1. 01

    AI in secret

Someone uses ChatGPT and tells nobody. Their own work comes out a little faster, but the process is identical: the week they're on holiday, the company is back to what it was.

  2. 02

    AI bought

An AI tool in the stack, paid per seat. Three weeks later nobody opens it, because it asks people to work somewhere other than where the work happens.

  3. 03

    AI first

The process is designed around the agents, not the other way round. Every person has one, inside the tools they already use: that is where they become a 10Human.

The first two are everywhere. Only the third moves a number.

An ordinary day

What your team stops doing. And what it goes back to.

Today

Hunts for prospects by hand, sends hundreds of identical emails, then fills in the CRM from memory at the end of the day.

As a 10Human

Walks into the call with the client's context already in front of them, and the pipeline updates itself while they talk.

Back to

The deal and the pitch.

1 / 5

A day in numbers

What a 10Human does in a day.

Not promises: this is what a single person delivers once their work has become AI first.

Business Developer

  • 100 emails a day, written one by one on each prospect's context, never a blast
  • 3 market scans on 3 competitors, with sources
  • 10 prospect LinkedIn posts read and turned into opening lines
  • Every call recorded and logged, without touching the CRM
  • A pre-call brief on every company: who they are, what they asked, what to offer

By hand, today, they manage a fraction of it.

Account Manager

  • The whole weekend backlog read and sorted in 30 minutes
  • Replies ready to review, not to write
  • The last mile to the client covered before they ask
  • Every project status checked each morning
  • 2 upsell proposals a day, built on what the client already uses

By hand, today, they manage a fraction of it.

Marketing Manager

  • 10 new creatives a day, adapted per channel
  • 10 campaigns launched or reworked without losing a day in the dashboard
  • Budget reallocated daily on real conversions, not yesterday's
  • A/B tests that start and close themselves, winner already picked
  • The weekly report written and commented, ready for the meeting

By hand, today, they manage a fraction of it.

What we build

The pieces that make your company AI first.

ONIT

Sales goes back to selling

Prospects, follow-ups and pipeline sit with ONIT, our business CRM with AI built in. The seller keeps the deal.

Marketing agent

Marketing goes back to ideas

The agent runs campaigns, budgets and reports, every day. Your person keeps the idea, the one thing no AI can have for them.

Operations agent

Operations goes back to deciding

Stock, reorders and priorities arrive already proposed on real orders. Automated digital operations instead of a spreadsheet.

Reporting agent

Finance goes back to analysis

The agent pulls the numbers and writes the report for your investors. The CFO keeps the reading and the call.

Need something else? We look at which tasks eat your team's time and make those AI first too, one process at a time.

The other 16 hours

Your team clocks off at six. AI doesn't.

A company produces for eight hours out of twenty-four. In the other sixteen the inbox fills up, leads go cold, requests wait. Agents don't: they qualify, prepare and write while your people rest.

the hours your company produces today

the hours everything sits still

24/7

the hours an agent works

In the morning the team doesn't start from zero. It starts from work already done.

Make the other sixteen hours AI first too

How you become AI first

We're few and senior. Whoever sells is whoever builds.

A company doesn't become AI first through an eighteen-month project: it gets there one process at a time. No pyramids of juniors, no generic software to configure. First working version in weeks, on your data, with a metric agreed before we start.

01
We find where the team loses hours

Half a day with the people doing the work. Not a discovery phase.

02
We measure the before

One metric. Without it, 10x is just a promise.

03
We build and ship

Working version in weeks, then iterations on real use.

04
We show you the after

Same metric, new number, in writing. If the multiplier isn't there, we say so. Then we move to the next process.

10x, measured

One process turned AI first. A before and an after.

Illustrative example, not a real client

Before
14 h

a week on qualifying leads by hand

3 days

average time to first reply

After: 6 weeks with ONIT
1.5 h

a week, the agent handles the rest

11 min

average time to first reply

Same people, now 10Humans. Nine times faster on the first reply.

FAQ

Does AI first mean you replace my people?

It's the opposite. AI takes the tasks that add no value, people get back what they're good at: relationships, judgement, creativity, decisions. Nobody leaves the company, everyone becomes a 10Human.

Where do you start becoming AI first?

With one process, the one bleeding the most hours. We make it AI first in weeks, we measure it, then we move to the next one. No company-wide transformation to announce.

How long does it take?

Weeks for the first version, not months, and the metric moves inside the same quarter. If a project needs eighteen months we're not the right partner, and we'll tell you.

What does it cost?

We price on value, not on day rates: a share of the value we unlock, or a subscription on the product. We settle it after the first call.

Where does my data live?

On servers in Europe, in Frankfurt, or on your own systems. We decide before writing a line of code.

Does my data train your models?

No. The model providers we use do not train on API traffic, and it is written into our contract with them. What passes through the agents stays yours and stays where we agreed: it feeds no model, ours or anyone else's.

We already have a CRM and back-office systems. Do we throw it all away?

No. AI first doesn't mean changing your stack: the agents work inside your business CRM, your inbox and the systems you already run. If something really has to go we'll tell you, but that is not where you start.

And if the agent gets it wrong? Who answers for it?

We do. AI does get things wrong, and the point is not to pretend otherwise — it is to notice before the customer does. Agents send nothing outside the company without an explicit permission, every action stays in a log you can re-read, and where the risk is high a person has the last word.

If something breaks, who answers, and how fast?

Write to hello@10human.com and a person answers, within one working day. There is no ticket bouncing between three tiers: whoever answers is whoever built it.

Find out where your AI first company starts.

Tell us in two lines where your company stands, or tap the bubble and say it out loud, and the assistant fills it in while you talk. We come back with something concrete: which process to make AI first first, and what changes for the people working inside it.

No newsletter: a person writes back.
