10Human
The first step to becoming AI first

You don't need another person. You need an AI first company.

The problem isn't how many of you there are: it's that you work the way people worked before AI. Work that ships half checked, opportunities lost in an inbox, clients run on a spreadsheet. We make one process AI first at a time, and the people inside it become 10Humans.

30 minutes on one process. You leave with a written before and after, whether you work with us or not.

Sound familiar?

These aren't headcount problems. It's a company working the way it did before AI.

You run sales and you have no real grip on what your reps actually do.

You're a certification body and nobody really checks the documents.

You're a law firm and AI is still something you only read about.

Your sales team has no idea where to find new prospects, and the emails going out read like chain mail.

Your account managers run clients on a spreadsheet. Or in a notebook.

Another hire changes nothing: they redo the same work by hand. The jump comes when the process turns AI first and the 90% of tasks leaves the team's shoulders.

Self-diagnosis

Pick your case. See what changes.

Today

You find out how the month went once the month is over, and what your reps really do is reported by the reps themselves.

Once AI first

Every deal tracks itself, with progress, risks and next action updated without anyone filling in a thing.

The tool

ONIT CRM: it captures the conversations, updates the opportunities, flags the stalled deals and sends you the recap before the meeting.

That's my case, let's talk

What changes for the team

The same people, now 10Humans.

100%

of the work gets checked

Not a sample: every document, every quote, every email goes through the same check.

1

standard, the same for everyone

The way your best person works becomes the default for the whole team.

10×

output per person

The repetitive part goes to the agent. Your people keep judgement and relationships.

Nobody gets replaced. Everyone becomes a 10Human.

Method

Four weeks from "we've always done it this way" to the first AI first process.

We're few and senior: whoever sells is whoever builds. No pyramid of juniors, no eighteen-month projects, no generic software to configure for six months. You start from one process, not from a corporate transformation.

Actually, I really do need to hire →
01
Free audit on one process

Half a day with the people doing the work, and one metric agreed together.

02
We copy your best person

Their criteria become the agent's rules. Not a generic model with a generic prompt.

03
The process turns AI first

Working version in weeks, on your data, used by the team and not by a pilot committee.

04
Same metric, new number

In writing. If it hasn't moved, we tell you.

Case study

One case, one metric, a before and an after.

Illustrative example, not a real client

Before
1 in 5

documents actually reviewed

9%

reply rate on outgoing emails

After: 6 weeks
5 in 5

documents checked, exceptions flagged to a person

31%

reply rate on outgoing emails

Same team, now 10Humans. Zero new hires.

FAQ

My team isn't technical at all.

Even better: that's exactly the point. What we build looks like the tool they already use, not a chat window to learn.

Will the AI get things wrong on my documents?

Sometimes yes: that's why the agent flags the exceptions to a person instead of deciding on its own. The comparison isn't with perfection, it's with the four documents nobody was reading.

We already have a CRM or a management system.

We build on top of it. AI first doesn't mean changing your stack: the agents work with your tools, they don't replace them on principle.

What does it cost?

We price on value, not on day rates: a subscription on the product, or a share of the cost of the hire you avoid. We settle it after the audit.

Where does my data live?

On European infrastructure, in Europe, or on your own systems. Defined before we write a line of code.

Leave us your email: we come back with a written before and after on that process — what it becomes once it's AI first — before any sales talk.
