10ISO · for companies and consultantsComing soon

People get certifications done. With their agents, they do the work of ten.

10ISO will be the extension of 10Safety for management systems. The consultant and the internal manager remain the ones who decide and sign; 10Human’s agents will collect the evidence, keep documents under control, track deadlines and prepare the audit. Nine standards, a single file per company.

10ISO is not open yet. We’ll write to you when it opens, starting with the standard you’re interested in.

One file, nine standards9 fact sheets

Same firm and same companies as 10Safety: the nine standards in a single file, with shared evidence.

Why 10ISO

You don’t buy a certification. You build it, and then you maintain it.

The value of a management system lies in its decisions: understanding the processes, weighing the risks, training the people. Yet the time of whoever runs it ends up elsewhere: procedures to update, records to collect, internal audits to prepare, deadlines to chase, company by company. And once the certificate is issued, the certification body comes back every year for surveillance.

A 10Human is a real person who, with their agents, does the work of ten.

We don’t sell the disappearance of the consultant, nor a “turnkey” certificate. We give time to the person who knows the system: the agents do the work that repeats itself, and that person goes back to doing what they are paid for.

For a consultant, it means following more companies without lowering quality. For a company’s quality, HSE or IT manager, it means arriving at the audit knowing what the standard asks, point by point.

Four things we won’t do

  • We don’t issue certificates. An accredited certification body does — in Italy, one accredited by Accredia, the national accreditation body. We get you there with your paperwork in order.
  • We don’t promise a 100% audit pass. The audit is carried out by an independent body, and it is right that nobody can guarantee the outcome.
  • We don’t make up numbers. Every benefit and every penalty we cite has its law or its standard next to it, and the sources are at the bottom of every fact sheet.
  • We don’t sign in your place. Policies, reviews and decisions remain with management and whoever supports it.

Who it’s for

Those who get certified and those who guide them, on the same pages.

The company and its consultant will work on the same file: only what each of them can do changes. The file belongs to the company, and stays theirs even if the consultant changes. Everything you read here is coming soon.

You’re a company

You reach the audit knowing what the standard asks, point by point.

For the owner, the quality manager, HSE or IT: what’s missing, standard by standard, with the clause of the standard next to it.

  • Evidence and records collected where they arise, not the week before the auditComing soon
  • Current documents under control: version, approval, reviewComing soon
  • Internal audits and management review prepared with what’s already thereComing soon
  • Nonconformities and corrective actions followed through to closureComing soon

The standards

Nine standards, cited one by one.

Seven voluntary certifications and two legal obligations. A fact sheet for each: what it requires, who needs it, what it brings you or what you risk, how to get there, with the sources.

A common structure

If you already have one, you’re ahead on the next.

ISO management system standards are written on the same framework, the Harmonized Structure: same clauses, a common text, the same definitions. ISO designed it precisely for those who want a single, integrated system that meets two or more standards.

ISO 9001ISO/IEC 27001ISO 14001ISO 45001ISO 22301
  1. Context of the organisation
  2. Leadership
  3. Planning
  4. Support
  5. Operation
  6. Performance evaluation
  7. Improvement

Same clauses, with the same numbers, in all five. Policy, objectives, documents, internal audits, management review and corrective actions are done once.

Where it doesn’t apply

  • ISO 13485: it has its own structure; it integrates with ISO 9001 through a correspondence table.
  • UNI/PdR 125: an Italian practice with six areas and 33 indicators of its own. It integrates with the other systems, but doesn’t share their clauses.
  • NIS2 and GDPR: they are laws, not system standards. Much of the evidence can be reused — UNI/PdR 174:2025 bridges ISO/IEC 27001 and the NIS measures — but compliance is measured against the law.

10ISO will keep a single file per company, with shared evidence: a record uploaded once counts for every standard that asks for it.

How it will work

From the waiting list to the audit.

  1. 1

    You join the list

Who you are, your email and the standard you’re interested in. It also helps us decide where to start.

  2. 2

We write to you when it opens

First to those who chose the standard we open with. No newsletters in between.

  3. 3

    You come in through 10Safety

Same login, same firm, same companies. 10ISO will add the certifications file, with a section for each standard.

  4. 4

    The agents prepare, you decide

Evidence, documents, deadlines and internal audits in order. Decisions and signatures stay yours.

Questions

What people ask us first.

Does 10ISO issue the certificate?

No. The certificate is issued by an accredited certification body; in Italy, accreditation is granted by Accredia. 10ISO will help you, or your consultant, reach the audit prepared and keep the certificate over the years.

Is certification mandatory?

ISO certifications and UNI/PdR 125 are voluntary, but clients, funding calls and tenders often ask for them, and in Italy they bring concrete benefits: you’ll find them fact sheet by fact sheet, with the law next to them. NIS2 and GDPR, on the other hand, are laws: you don’t “obtain” them, you comply with them, if they apply to you.

When is 10ISO coming?

We don’t have a date to give you, and we won’t make one up. That’s also what the waiting list is for: we choose which standard to start with by looking at what you ask us for.

Do I also need to use 10Safety?

10ISO will be an extension of 10Safety: same login, same firm, same companies, and a file of its own, separate from the safety one, with a section for each standard. If you already use 10Safety, you’ll find it there; if you come for 10ISO, you’ll also find the space for workplace health and safety ready.

I’m a consultant: do my clients’ data stay separate?

Yes, as in 10Safety: each company has its own file and sees only that one, and the firm sees the companies it follows. The file stays with the company even if one day it changes consultant.

How much will it cost?

The price hasn’t been decided yet. Those on the list will know first, before having to choose anything.

Waiting list

We’ll write to you when 10ISO opens.

We’ll only write to you about 10ISO.

By sending you accept that we get back to you. How we handle your data is in the privacy notice.
